Alannah Howard, BSc.PT, BHK

Alannah joined the staff at Oceanside Physiotherapy following completion of her physiotherapy program at UBC. Alannah has an excellent background with a previous Bachelor of Human Kinetics Degree from the University of British Columbia. Special interests are in post-partum/ante-partum fitness, incontinence and shoulder injuries.

Alannah has been involved as a figure skating instructor, and as a personal trainer, prior to joining the staff at Oceanside. Originally from Campbell River, Alannah is a keen outdoors person and enjoys gardening, cycling, mountain biking and swimming.
